My old girl Tessa( in the avatar) died tonight( 13 1/2) . She had a bad seizure , great fear, which was caused by a brain tumor ,so I put her down.
I bought her from Ugo 11 years ago and never had a regret. She taught me so much - wonderful sweet spirit.
Doesn't matter how many times you go through this it is always a heart ache.

Sorry, losing a companion is always hard.
So sorry to hear about the loss of your companion Sharon.
I lost one of my Bernese to brain cancer/tumour. It was terrifying when he had his first seizure. I had no idea what was going on till later when they found cancer in his lungs too. Makes me sad to think about it, even now, years later.
RIP .. Old friends are hard to loose . My 2 this past fall . You still have the memories Sharon . My condolences .
