If Quebec keeps crying like littel kids about the pipe line can thy not just route the pipe line down and around there little play ground. ??.I would love to see the government tell them to frig off and route the pipe line down a few miles and go right around Quebec. Leave them out if all the goodys that go along with having a pipe line running threw there little Provence. .Dutch
