Interesting.....don't think it's actually cutting anything and probably a hollow chainsaw being flown keeping it very light. I see make believe... :)

There are many countries in Europe, where they use actual Helicopters with hydraulic saws mounted below them to trim miles of trees growing along hydro corridors and pipelines that are inaccessible at different times of the year.
These guys were doing it on a much smaller scale .

Have a few customers who make drones, payloads need to be fairly light still,but they are increasing all the time, lots of surface area on the blades so potentially it could lift that chain saw.

And barrage balloons did the job in WWII...
