How do I get a Google toolbar on my screen when using Chrome browser?

Drive by download. Something you installed had a checkmark to install the toolbar and you must have missed it. Adobe updates often try to install tool bars.

From what I read at http://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/toolbar/ie/index.html it looks like there isn't one and that it's already built into chrome.

Exactly - just type your question or keyword into the address bar and it will automatically search google for you.

I just Googled "Task bar for Google Chrome" and the free download appeared. Just click "Go". Easy Peasy.

Thanks for everyone's help. This appears to be the solution. Highlight , right click and it's in the choices.

Then do the hoaky poaky and turn yourself around.
