I own a Sportchief waterproof camo jacket that I've had for probably 15 years and it still repels water just fine. My regret is I didn't buy a pair of matching pants. So now I am looking for a pair but I would like to know if Sportchief still manufactures a quality product or if there are better options out there. I just have flashbacks of Rocky boots which originally were great products but are now crap. TC
I have a multitude of Sportchief clothing, the made in Canada products are second to none. The "offshore" stuff is comparable with any of the other brands made offshore. I own both and much prefer the made in Canada (but you're going to pay for quality, I dropped over a grand on a parka, bibs and matching pants).
My last purchase from them was from maybe 5 years ago for a pair of wading boots. Still using them today.
