OOD magazine had a great one couple yrs ago which i used
before but have since given away. (doh)
if any of you have that magazine please post the
recipe.
seem to recall one needs to add ground pork
as fat source as well as bread crumbs
any sort of ratio?
in the OOD recipe there was also a grape tomato
sauce which was quite good.
