I'm hoping this guy was fined or something. He just left it there. even driving over its legs on the way out.
He didn't give the moose its space to move on.

Isn't it great to get out and commune with nature....but kill it if it gets in your face.

The only thing he did wrong was not yell its coming straight for us.. What a way to provoke a situation. Had he shot on the charge maybe would feel some sympathy however the animal was moving away definitely fire because he was pissed off.

Of course the camera did not show "the rest of the story". But if we believe the printed word he WAS justified and there is a good chance the meat was salvaged, and all the details made public in court.
I have seen people claim that he should have gone around in the deep snow. They have never ridden in deep snow and ignored the fact that the man had a bad heart.
