Tree Disease

I could use some help identifying the disease on the tree or recommendations. I don't know the name of it or find the correct 'definition' for a solution. Its in our backyard.

Oyster shell scale. Use Safers soap or a product called Sevin.

Use cig butts in water. let butts sit in water for a few days then drian water into spray bottle.Spray tree this will work

Having to smoke the cigarettes for cigarette butts for the remedy will kill the Oyster scale as well as give you cancer. Had to say that. lol
