I use them at The Bay of Quinte for walleye in November..trolling with them gets us to about 30 feet.... more with a snap weight or on lead core .... I have also used them on Erie for walleye as well ...but have had better success with them at Quinte .. I like dark reds and purples...you could also use downriggers and/or dipsys if you need them deeper ...
I've taken a few lakers on the chrome /blue.
Blue for Salmon in Lake O
Clownfish for Walleye in Lake E
Great for eyes but I had 10ish pound pike destroy my favourite one. Can't say if it was a one-off or not. It is a balsa based lure so it might not stand up to bigger fish.

I have had great luck with walleye and lakers near temagami,but I did lose two fish where the lip separated from the body!And both times it was in 80 ft of water,in the exact same spot on the lake.I keep wanting to send them back to rapala to see if they will do anything about this.
