I am curious as to if anyone has any experience with these rifles? I'm looking at a 308win. Rifle seems nice enough and shoulders well. Cold get it for a decent price but I know nothing about them.

Google searching lets me say that the CIL 950 was a re-branded Savage 110-C. Just a good, well-made bolt rifle with a removable magazine. Also known to be accurate rifles, as are newer variants.
CIL also rebranded rifles from Anschutz, Winchester, the list goes on.
Edit: I looked at some pictures of 950C's: DEFINITELY Savage 110C's. Great rifle if it's at a good price. The only complaint I've ever heard about the 100 is that they aren't always beautiful, lol!
Thanks for the input Kilo!
Don't tell me how little you pay...I will just be envious!
A little trivia on the 110.....intro'd in 1958 and it was North America's FIRST left-handed bolt rifle. Sold so well that Remington and Winchester had to follow suit. I didn't look it upon Google but I THOUGHT all 110's were long actions, perhaps not.
I think new mags are still available. Actually, letter C in the designation 110-C stands for CLIP. Savage is the only company that calls their box magazine a clip. Same for their 99C.
I've always kind of wanted one; the 110C in .30-06 still appeals to me.
Post a range report if you buy it!
A friend of mine has killed countless central Ontario hound-driven deer with his left-handed Savage 110 .308 (hinged floor plate model) topped with a 1.5X variable scope, all bought new in the early 1970s. A great gun in the hands of a great hunter.
