Looking for obedience school in Halton Region area

We haven't had a pup around for many years. We're adopting a 10 week old from Northern Lights Dogs in Thunder Bay this week. She seems to be a Husky/Shepherd cross. Can anyone recommend an obedience school in the Halton Region area. We don't plan on hunting with her. We just want to make sure we do the right.

We did Scholars in Collars with our adult rescue 10 years ago. It was ok but they really didn't understand our dogs high prey drive and energy level. They insisted dogs turn up to training before being exercised. Ya that worked. We finally gave her a 1 hour swim before training and that worked great.

Collar may be great for obedience work but doesn't replace the distractions of others in a class setting for working on the puppy's obedience training ......

I do agree with you and kinda forgot it was just a pup he was asking about,by the time I adopted my guy he was already a year old,had not been socialized at all and basically did not fit well into an obedience class.So it was private lessons and the first tool from the trainer was that collar.I have actually been asked at off leash park about the collar from owners who had unruly dogs,when requested and put on their dogs I have had them walking properly at my side within 10 minutes.
