Ok so talked to Karen yesterday morning and she says it is cold and raining. She is missing her dad, Faith( Cat), and bonnie( the pup). Says she saw an ad for a fox hound...
Today I am getting a new dog...a beagle mix I think...or maybe just a mutt..

Karen got an email saying Taffy has already been adopted.
Strange because she was told that taffy would not be up for adoption till after the surgery and the vet check. They are both booked for tomorrow, but the dog was adopted and left the shelter today.
I was really looking forward to getting this beagle and I was crushed when they told me she had been adopted out. Guess I was really missing Bonnie a lot. Now, just don't want to think about it. I cried for about an hour. They should be more careful what they say and promise to people - it can be devastating.:sad::dog:Quote:

I did call and the lady did not care. Very small shelter..not much more then a building and a high chain link fence for a dog run.Quote:
