Anyone know who repairs Lowrance in Canada. I've called Lowrance 3 times now and am on hold for well over 1/2hr ea time. I have a 1-1/2yr old Hook 7 I need repaired.

Finally got through, had no idea Lowrance does not repair units, they only replace them under warranty. Great customer service, my unit is out of warranty by 3 months and they approved a replacement after they pulled up my customer ID and seen I've registered many units over the yr's.
Damned if I can remember the company name in southern Ontario but many years back I had my old Lowrance 1510B paper graph serviced there. They tweaked a few things things to calibrate and match it to the new transducer that I needed. It sure worked nice after that.
Good on Lowrance for replacing your unit.

Just bought a Hook 5 and I was very interested to hear a positive outcome. haven't even used it yet.
