1. Breast from 1 goose cut into bite-sized pieces
2. 1/2 Spanish onion diced
3. 1 pkg onion soup mix
4. 1 cup sliced mushrooms
5. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
6. 1/2 cup of sour cream
7. 1/2 cup water
8. 1-2 tbsp. of Caygen spice
Put everything into a crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours. Turn to low setting and cook for another 2-3 hours.
OR
Cook on low for 6-7 hours
Serve on top of mashed potatoes. There's plenty here for 2 people. This works well for other wild game.
