Was cleaning a goose yesterday and found a pellet from a bb gun in the breast. Wondering about what weird stuff people have found while cleaning different game? [emoji2]

How do you know its from a BB gun.
I'm going to assume he found a pellet from a pellet gun and just called it a BB gun
The strangest thing I have ever found when dressing game was a .32 ACP slug in the neck of my first bear kill. I think that whom ever shot that bear would have been in deep trouble if the bear had realized it had been shot!
I boned out a big 10 point a few years ago and found a Thunderhead broad head right up against its spine in the neck.
I've always thought BB gun pellets were different from an ordinary pellet. The ones I remember were round, copper coated. Pellets were lead with a skirt for expansion.
Otherwise, I've found a number of broadheads in bears over the years. One I remember was completely encased like a cyst in its backbone. Another one was fresh and my chum sliced his hand open on the thing while cutting up the bear for packaging.
I also shot a grouse and upon cleaning found that it had been shot through the breast with a high power rifle. When I dumped it with the 20 the bird was feeding away quite happily.
