Electronic Calls for big game?

I saw somebody using an electronic call for Deer last week..
For some reason I was under the impression that they were illegal for deer.. but my limited research,this morning, leads me to believe I was wrong...
Just double checking with you folks here..
Are electronic calls legal for Deer? (and Moose?) in Ontario?
