4 dead and 10 wounded in California, the guy tried to get into a school and failed or this could have been much worse. The first reports are that the shooter had an altercation with his neighbour before going on the rampage, a 43 year old white guy, he was known to police and arrested in January for suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on the neighbour who was killed Tuesday.

An update, they found his wife under the floor, 5 killed.
