What happened to one being innocent until proven guilty according to the ndp leader this no longer applies to real life only courts.... why is this not a story in the news, one of our charter rights is gone????

All of these incidents boil down to a "he said,she said" scenario without one shred of tangible proof. Personal responsibility for putting oneself in a tenuous position doesn't ever enter the picture. When someone can level an accusation against another and that literally wipes out a professional career and personal life and it's accepted at face value without question with no recourse for the accused,our society has devolved into an exceedingly dangerous place.
