I'll add; the quote we received from our local vet (Kemptville) was around $500...we headed south, it's around $200 to have your Dog neutered by a US Vet....

Ill give you one example when I owned a dog. The Dog had to be put down unfortunately, the vet wanted between $300 to $400. I brought the dog to the humane society and they did it for $60. Same needle same procedure but not the same price.
