Jalape�o, sun dried tomato and cream cheese stuffed bacon-wrapped grouse
Had an awesome grouse opener on Saturday, limited out in 20min.
This was tonight’s dinner.
Jalapeno, sun dried tomato and cream cheese stuffed bacon-wrapped ruffed grouse breasts.
In a bowl, mashed up cream cheese and added chopped jalapenos and sun dried tomatoes. Stuff mixture into the cavity under the breast plate and held it in place with bacon strips.
Extra cream cheese mixture was stuffed into jalapenos to make poppers.
Baked at 350F for 45min.
