Things are looking good....this trail cam has captured 4 different bucks around the stand and another cam has picked up 6 different Does...so lots for potential Rut activity in the coming weeks.

We're going to try the 2nd week of rifle this year as 1 of the wives has a cancer treatment and another has a thyroid biopsy during the first week.
We have 4 doe tags for 8 guys in the bottom part of 47. I hope the herd is on the rebound.
I'm doing both..solo first week and camp 2nd week.....great fun ahead, but worry about the stamina...unfortunately may have to take may naps at noon :)
I'll be hunting with a friend in WMU 46 on the opener. I can't wait! There is also a bear that has been hanging around, I have a tag for him too. I am using a M305-S.
