It was announced a few weeks ago. Their will be a cure for CWD in a years. Lets hope so

Where did you see that?
A "cure" seems unlikely for a condition that the "causative agent" is still not agreed upon by all the experts.

Testing to detect CWD is a waste of money.
By the time they detect it-- too late--it's here.
The MNR should eliminate all Cervid/Deer farms right now if they want to prevent CWD in Ontario.

A recently retired district manager of the Ministry of Natural Resources manages an elk farm in Division 10 North West Ontario.

What are the chances that the MNR will make a policy decision that would negatively impact one of their own colleagues?

Zero!!!

CWD will be here soon.

MNR employees past and present, who could have prevented it, should be ashamed of themselves.

You realize that deer walk right?

Neighbouring districts have just as significant an impact on our wildlife as we do, a ban in Ontario 100 years ago would not stop the transmission from Quebec, Michigan, New York, Ohio, etc, you see where I am going here.
