So with the 26th circled on the calendar this mornings cool break was incentive enough to get the dogs out for a run. With the excuse to exercise the dog gave me a chance to stretch the legs and start to condition myself for the upcoming season. Mosquitoes are still thick and even a good dose of spray barely slowed them down.
Any one else getting ready for the up coming season?
Yes I take my dog out to the bush at least a couple times a week. Mostly water work when it’s really hot. The cooler nights definitely brings thoughts of the upcoming season. Before you know it we will be in the field following are dogs with gun in hand.
We're getting even closer now...
I went Dove hunting last year for the first time... That's even closer.
My dog, Sage, came in super handy for finding the doves in the long grass and brush.
I can't wait!
