I remember reading something about changes coming to the apprentice hunter rules in regards to migratory birds in an issue of OOOD, but can't seem to find it in print or on-line. Based on this years duck regs I think that they are proposed changes for next year< but just wanted to be sure. It was something about no more heritage day, using their own gun, changes to possession limits, etc. Any ideas in what issue the info was posted in? Thanks in advance.
