You best go to a licence issuer or service Ontario office...OR....read the hunting summary...it will explain everything !!Quote:

You need to start here..... log in.....make sure you check the I acknowledge and accept the privacy notification box or you can't move forward....
Click on my active licenses
then click on Print available documents.... good luck

I went back to the tag issuer where I had originally purchased my moose and deer licences and had them do it. Easy.
