Dove recipes
Came across this cool website. guy has a bunch of tips and recipes for all sorts of game. I wont be out to the dove opener but i enjoy sitting in the field mid september while I wait for october. :)

most of the time we just pop out the breasts, wrap in bacon and bbq but there are alot of other ways to cook these little birds. another easy and awesome way is to pluck the bird, gut it like any other fowl and then drop that bad boy in soy sauce, salt and brown sugar for about 2 hours. deep fry at about 350 C for a good 7 mins and you've got a high end chinese restaurant dish!
