Times was, all they would need to do is take a hunting course, or rummage back through past paperwork and find an old hunting licence. They could then go pick up a new licence and join in. NOT ANYMORE! Now if they plan to hunt with a rifle or shotgun, they find out they will need a Firearm Licence. They will have to take a course and wait possibly 3 months for their licence. By then the hunting season is over. This is what needs to be sped out. But alas, the public will be safe from such firearm abusers. Anymore, a person who just wants to do a bit of hunting just isn’t a safe bet.
You don’t stop hunting because you grow old. You grow old because you stop hunting.
