Wait, am I reading that article right? Company states in application that you must be legally able to work permanently in Canada and tribunal says that is discriminatory????? What the?? So, is the Tribunal essentially saying they expect companies to hire people illegally (without the proper status)?

I'm sure this will be appealed and be reversed, unless we don't have the full story here.

Unfortunately it's a sign of the times boys and girls. Don't want to hurt any ones feelings now do we... All it is, is learning how to play the system. Happens everyday, just look at our Prime Minister...
