just wondering if anyone knows of a place in the orillia or surrounding area I want to buy some fish eyes for pike and perch that I caught . im going that way this coming weekend . its hard to find taxidermy stuff . any ideas would be great thanks oilman ....:thumbup:
If no luck there then you may fair better at Amazon.ca under taxidermy supplies. I buy stick on eyes for lures and jigs. The prices are reasonable but you'd probably have to buy in bulk.

I used to do some taxidermy back in the day. When I ran out, or needed a different sized eye, I would use marbles, either whole or broken in half if need be. A little pressure in a vice would split them neatly in half. I could get some cool looking eyes doing that.
In the past I got them at Lee Valley.

I think a local taxidermist would sell you some of their stock. I used to get mine from one down by Bobcaygeon years ago. a taxidermy supply company should be able to hook you up.
