For the number I need to dye, I am comfortable spending a weekend in the backyard. An August Saturday to dye traps, and Sunday to wax dip.
Beaver and Muskrat traps then go back in box. Coyote traps hang in a tree till season start.
I am reluctant on the speed dip since I would need to dispose of the 1 or 2 gallons of Coleman Fuel or gas when done.
Would have to take pails of used fluid north on trailer and then make a massive bon fire to dispose of.
Plus would have to store under deck of house till fall when summer burn ban is lifted.
Disposal of leftover dye solution is my deciding factor to stay with logwood.
