I shoot Remington 12 gauge Remington AccuTip's (2-3/4", 1850fps, 385gr.) and I like to zero my gun at 100yds. With my gun set at a 100yd zero a 25yd shot is 0.1" high and a 150yd shot I am 5.7" low - but that is a long shot where I hunt.
The other nice thing about the app is that I can shoot 50yds and want my gun to be zero'd at 100yds and it will show me how high at 50yds my POA (point if impact) will need to be to achieve a 100yd zero.
