What is not Fair is the hunters who carried the draw system by applying every year. Now the hunters who have applied say 5 years since there last tag received 10 years ago will have 5 points with out a penalty. They don't fall into a pool 2 like the current system when you miss a year applying, There has been a lot of money spent by hunters to keep moose hunting open and now are being penalized. Hell this is one way to bring back all the hunters who have quit for one reason or another.Quote:
