Your not be forced to get the shot, but to travel outside of Canada you will have to have it. Even some places in Canada you will need it. PEI will force you to isolate for 8 days if you cannot provide proof and I heard NB and NS might require the same also talk about that in Quebec.
So pretty much you will be trapped in Ontario.

You do know there are only two ways into PEI and yes they are stopping people. Since Spring people have been block coming into NB. NS where my brother lives could not get into NB all entrances blocked.
