I had two colleagues that were taken to task after charges against an individual for "resisting" were dismissed because he wasn't allowed to inspect their ID when he requested. It didn't matter to the judge that the skell was a dirt bag. It lead to changes in in-service training techniques for staff working on plain clothes details and,ASFAIK,it's still in use,today.Quote:

Drugs, Intel, Internet crime, biker enforcement units, domestic violence units, General investigations units, homicide units....to name a few.
