Printing Deer Tag?

When i tried to print the license it printed the summary instead...now i am on the phone with MNR support

Printed my Moose and Deer tags no problems.

if you go down to print all available documents it should print your licence summary and all available tags. before yu print if you go on the top right hand side it will have a save pdf button which will allow you to re print it. had no problems printing mine and my fathers tags and summary GOOD LUCK!

I printed off a Bear tag over the weekend and it went without a hitch.

I had issues with my turkey license this spring so I went to Service Ontario for my bear, deer and additional deer tag. My turkey reprint cost me $10.00 at CT

Went to print my moose and bear tags a couple of days ago and screen comes up saying tags were already printed! Trip to Service Ontario, (80 km round trip) fill out and sign form saying I couldn't print licenses, the lady makes a phone call and voila she prints out my tags. 4 hrs of my life wasted because of the new and better way!

Thanks. I got a quick email response from MNR and was given three choices: waiting on the phone, going to Service Ontario while they wait on the phone, or going to the nearest License Issuer while they wait on the phone.

Problem resolved with a 45-minute phone call to MNR. The issue is that they tried to do something fancy to prevent you from saving the tag. If it detects that you are trying to download the PDF with tags, it sends only the summary.

In my case, the issue was with the Samsung Internet browser. If you tried to Open rather than Download, it gave an error and that counted as "Printed" to the MNR system. The issue was resolved by using the Chrome browser instead.

I suspect most people won't run into this problem if using a desktop or laptop.
