What a federal judge so eloquently said after accusing Trump of brazenly defying the law by seeking to end birthright citizenship in the U.S. and issuing an injunction. Judge john Coughenour, a Reagan appointee stated
"It has become ever more apparent that to our President, the rule of law is but an impediment to his policy goals. The rule of law is according to him something to navigate around or simply ignore, whether that be for political or personal gain," the judge said. "nevertheless, in this courtroom and under my watch, the rule of law is a bright beacon which I intend to follow."
More and more people are starting to wake up and see this blathering fool for just what he is as he unleashes a constant stream of do do on his so called Truth Social.

The intent of the 14th Amendment to our constitution was to guarantee former slaves the right of citizenship not to give citizenship to babies born to illegal immigrants - this issue will eventually end up in the Supreme Court where I believe it will establish it's original intent - this blathering fool your referring to has closed the southern border- caused a ceasefire in the Middle East - cleaning up the waste in Washington- cleaning up the corrupt agencies in Washington- let the world know that the gravy train ain't running anymore- he is changing the landscape of the world- some fool - the fact that the judge had to throw his personal opinion about Trump pretty much tells you where he stands - a bum -

Oh I forgot to mention this so called fool got rid of the DEI - Woke - Trans - and all the other nonsense that the progressives put into place

Trump's executive order "overturning" the 14th Amendment won't survive. It's just a performative act to appeal to his base.

If an executive order were enough to amend the American constitution the 2nd Amendment would have been gone years ago.

JoePa: You are forgetting that the great man, in addition to your lengthy list of accomplishments has found the time to overturn the ban Plastic Straws so he will not have to worry about dribbling his diet pop. Wow, that is one important issue and I cannot remember for the life of me if it is Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi that he washes all those healthy fast food meals down with even though he feels it is important.
Also, I do not quite understand your comment about it being a "personal opinion". I would think it is more a case of of the judge explaining why he made his decision. Unlike the the POTUS, the judge is just trying to give a reason for his decision which is something he is supposed to do.

That sounds a lot like the anti-gunner argument that the 2nd Amendment only applies to the swords and single shot flintlocks that were available when the Constitution was drafted and does not apply to "assault rifles" with high-capacity magazines.

Could we not just ship them to another country? I believe there is precedence for that. We could send them back to the USA but that could be construed cruel and inhumane punishment.

Over 240 million went to study Trans animal's. The funds will be cut.

Soros organizations got 100s of millions in funds. Cut

Millions went into the creation of covid 19 taxpayers help fund that too.

8 million to politico and millions to the other news outlets canceled. BBC apparently got millions to run anti trump campaigns.

billions to regime changes abroad along with funding the impeachment of trump in 2019 along with the Cia. Look at Syria as a latest example. How much us tax dollars went into overthrowing it's government. Through a variety of organizations using known terrorists to do its dirty work.


And the list can go on. The Clinton's they all use different organizations to create huge amounts of wealth through the taxpayers expenses.

Time to drain our swamp here too.
