Of course I would disagree with this statement, but to each their own.
Tractability is not the FIRST priority for ME. I want a dog that has enough desire for birds that he will do anything to be allowed to play.
It's my responsibility as a coach to reign in behaviour or avoid letting it become an issue. That's how I see it anyway
