He is Scottish and therefore cheap so I don't believe he will buy squat, he'll he will likely ask me to share a ride up and not offer any gas money, nevermind beer money. As long as he brings bail money and a befuddling kit we will be ok, I guess.

I think if the crown went for Manslaughter or negligence causing death they likely would of succeeded but proving 2nd degree murder under those circumstances was tough if not impossible.

The Crown did go for manslaughter.
