Because a Country has added capacity for testing based on its much larger population it makes perfect sense to have the tests done down there,I think they call this "economy of scale" or something like that.

I had my cancer pathology re tested at Stanford in California after both the Trillium and the Princess Margaret Hospital misdiagnosed my cancer THREE times.Stanford had it resulted in 24 hours with proper diagnosis.

I do feel sorry for Americans because the most advanced country in the World is worse off than Russia,India and Columbia.Go figure.

You had your cancer retested in California ??? What was wrong with our public health care system??? Not good enough?? You went to a private system that Liberals have said they don't agree with?

The Hospitals here had very little experience with this particular cancer because its so rare.The USA with 10 times our population had dealt with it so naturally when your life is on the line you make an informed decision.Not much choice for me,if Communist China had better testing and the Doctor was there I would have sent the tests there or Cuba.....
