I dont agree, very rarely do "hunting parties" fill all tags, but there are those few that do
Party hunting is a great way to hunt moose, it allows hunters who dont have the tag an opportunity to harvest an adult moose and adds more to the overall experience
There is a problem in Ontario and removing party hunting from the equation will not solve the issue, what the province needs to figure out is how to limit the amount of tags per group....
