Quite apart from Rick's point, you can't identify people from photos unless you have something to compare to. It's generally not going to help.

Some precedences have been thru the courts...the example in the article (previously linked), the courts reduce the ordinal sentence to 11 months and he killed the trespasser...
Thank God some judges understand the intent of the law and can adjust the charge/sentence to reflect common sense.Quote:
