Murder the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another.(generic definition)
If we went down this road we would have to say the officer went there with the intention of killing the victim.
Incompetence inability to do something successfully; ineptitude.
Pretty hard to say either with the available information, all depends on what went on inside.
But neither may be applicable.
The LEO ‘s are scrambling on here to try and support this !!!
The thin blue line is STRONG.
Between the SIU, the police professional standards unit and the Ontario police services act, you can be sure nobody will be held accountable for anything.
That I’m confident in !!

You're really out to lunch with that. Ex-LEO's won't jump to conclusions because they know better than laypeople how the process is supposed to work and are keenly aware when they don't. That's the case here. There will be NO "cover up" with this. The evidence will be examined at great length. If a crime has been committed, there WILL be an accounting. Of that we can be very certain.
I certainly don’t support this! What I do support is waiting until a proper investigation is completed, rather than sitting around making suppositions. Unless you were there, you have no idea what took place. It’s the SIUs job to sort that out, and they will do that. I can guarantee it won’t be on the timelines that some here want.
As far as your remark about the “blue line”…. You better believe it !!! Be damned thankful there is a “blue line” out there, pounding the pavement while your sorry arse is in bed all nice and cozy !!
I think most people are hoping that there was a crime committed by the police, since from what we know of the deceased, it seems the only plausible reason that he was killed. But for a moment, lets say there turns out to be no crime or wrongdoing by the officer(s) in the eyes of the law. Will there still be a full accounting of their actions? Will the officer(s) be named? If not, why not? Will the full details of the raid be made public?
