They don’t! That was not my intent. I would have said the same thing if the tables were turned and perspective jurors (regardless of race,creed or colour!) were overheard saying they were not going to rule in Bouchies favour!!! What’s the difference??? You tell me sir!
Welsh, like I said, you don’t know me. I have been a victim of racism during my lifetime. I am of German decent. The crap I dealt with growing up was ruthless! I can honestly say I would not wish it upon anyone. There is no room for it in today’s society.
These days it’s too easy to misconstrue what others say and call it racist and that is exactly what you have done. You sir are the one confused. The perpetrator was a white farmer , entire jury was made up of the same... how do you get a fair trial with that jury selection, when the victim is a first nations member? Would you say the same if it was all First Nations on the jury?

What I got from BTurks post was that he thinks a jury containing First Nations members could not provide a fair trial , but a jury of his peers (whites, farmers, middle aged men) could. That statement sounds racist to me! Even though he seems confused on who the perpetrator on trial is. A fair trial is not some stupid political ideology.
