It's not his place to do it they have different laws then us probably less rights. . If it was China and he said the same thing China would probably send missiles our way . Or detain him next time he is in China for undermining their government.

As a leader he should not be telling the people in another country to undermine their government. It's life in prison now to start a protest in China.
