Maine has plenty of ridiculous laws that are borderline entrapment, you wouldn't catch me dead in that state. I watch Northwoods law only to laugh at how uneducated the game wardens are, half of them are downright arrogant douchebags.
- Pushing deer isn't allowed, so I guess it's illegal to walk through the forest. How are you supposed to know you're pushing deer??
- You can't shine light at game during hunting season. A guy pulled a u-turn on a gravel road and accidentally shined some deer. He was chastized and ticketed DESPITE wearing no camo and having no guns/bows in the car.
- No baiting deer, they harassed a hunter because he had an apple tree in his front yard and ticketed him for baiting near HIS OWN residence. So it's illegal to own apple trees too!
