After watching clips of Biden speaking in his younger years as a politician, and seeing him speak now, it is apparent his ability to communicate coherently has been diminished quite a bit. Not sure if it is age related, or if there is some other condition at play. He now seems to sometimes get tongue tied or lost mid sentence.
When your a pathological liar and racist like Biden, sometimes you need to stop midsentence to remember what lie your telling. Its always harder to remember lies you've told or telling than the truth.
