As I said there are other ways to get fat, but it's predominantly inactivity and poor diet. If you remember, it was you who originally brought up the "cheap food sources".
I'm well aware of how it all works, I went from 188 lb to 152 lb within the last year by cutting out booze and fast food. Doctor confirmed this week there wasn't anything wrong with my guts that either originally increased my weight or decreased my weight, just got into some poor habits then got myself out of them.
