Here is the way it goes you show up at the hospital with difficulty breathing, the waiting room has two other people experiencing the same problem. They have two ICU beds with ventilates available. The triage nurse asks each individual if they had an opportunity to get vaccinated. The two other individuals make the excuse, that they tried but the vaccine at the point where they tried to get vaccinated had run out when it became their turn. You say why would I bother, why would I fool around getting an experimental vaccine? Unfortunately the ICU bed were give to the individuals, who at least attempted to get vaccinated. That is how it is likely to work, if medical resources are at the point of critical availability. A fellow once explain to me he was in emergency, in critical shape. The doctor leaned over his face as he was checking him out. Later after a successive operation and recovery the doctor confess I lean over your face to check to see if you were a smoker. The fellow said he honestly believed if the doctor had detected smoke on my breath, the he would have simply moved on to the next individual.
