Well you can lift a finger just don't stand on a guy's neck for 9 minutes. You may not have heard this JOE but that officer had been moved around 20 times in his career and apparently been on more than one department. He was a TRAINING OFFICER on the day of that incident, so God only knows how many other officers he has already screwed up by teaching them the wrong way. I believed he would probably go down for manslaughter but that was at the start of the trial.
Remember Sir Robert PEEL the founder of modern day policing THE POLICE ARE THE PUBLIC AND THE PUBLIC ARE THE POLICE.
The public on that jury just spoke and gave their judgement.
