I think he's guilty and the outcome was proper.
But the judge's comments, as well as those by Biden and Harris? Even if the trial result was "correct", it was definitely not a "fair" trial.

sadly its been like this for a very long time. there are countless people wrongfully imprisoned because of that very reason.

16 year old kid walking home from a party gets grabbed by the cops for allegedly stealing someone's backpack.

got thrown into rikers island in solitary for years for absolutely nothing.

I don't think a lynching analogy is real good as the last black man lynched in America was only back in 1981 by the klan.
